You can cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse.
If you have already received and has found that there is a problem or if for some reason not fully satisfied, you can return within 10 days from receipt of order. To do this, you can contact us through:

This right of return only applies to products in their original, full packaging and in good condition. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be accepted. The transport costs are borne by the customer.
Product changes are carried out according to the above conditions. If, for some reason, it is not possible to change a particular product, we will refund its value. If the change is because you no longer want that product, shipping costs for the new product shall be your own.
We will do everything in our power to restore customer money as quickly as possible. However, a maximum of 10 days from the reservation arrival in stores of the returned product.
- If you used credit card, it will return the money to the card and you can check on your next bank or extract directly into the bank account indicated by the client.
- If you used PayPal, it will return the money to your PayPal account and will dispose of it immediately.
- If you have paid on delivery or bank transfer, you will be asked your bank data (bank account number and identification document) to make the return by bank transfer.
Return shipping charges.
Only reimburse shipping on orders whose return is our responsibility, for example, if products are defective or are not what the customer had requested.
However, if there is only one problem in an order of several items, the return shipping is not applicable.
